Terms and Conditions for Returns

The consumer has the right to exchange or return goods and receive a refund using the same payment method, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
• The item must not have been used in any way.
• The item must not be perishable or subject to rapid deterioration.
• Unless it is proven that the item was defective at the time of sale.
• The item must not be of a type that cannot legally or practically be returned or exchanged.
• The item must be accompanied by the original payment receipt.

The return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
